DealTrackerProBot FAQ

Short, direct answers about tracking, alerts, Premium and payments. If something is not covered here, the Contact page lists where to ask.

General

What DealTrackerProBot is and how much it costs to start.

DealTrackerProBot is a Telegram bot that tracks the prices of products on Amazon and Flipkart and sends you a Telegram message when something you asked about changes, such as a price drop, a target price being reached, an Amazon coupon, or a product coming back in stock.

Yes, you can start for free. Free users can track up to 10 active products with price-drop alerts, target prices, coupon alerts, stock alerts and price history. Premium removes the product limit.

There is no sign-up form and no password. You use the bot through your Telegram account. Open the bot, press Start and send a product link.

No. It is an independent project. Amazon, Flipkart and Telegram are separate companies and their names belong to them. Some product links may be affiliate links; see the Affiliate Disclosure for details.

No. It only watches prices and sends alerts. You always complete the purchase yourself on the store's own website or app, and you should check the final price at checkout.

Amazon

Which Amazon marketplaces are supported and what to expect.

Six Amazon marketplaces are supported: Amazon India (amazon.in), Amazon US (amazon.com), Amazon Spain (amazon.es), Amazon Italy (amazon.it), Amazon Sweden (amazon.se) and Amazon UAE (amazon.ae). Other Amazon stores are not supported.

In the currency the marketplace shows: INR for Amazon India, USD for Amazon US, EUR for Amazon Spain and Italy, SEK for Amazon Sweden and AED for Amazon UAE. Set target prices in that same currency.

Yes, but each store's listing is tracked separately because prices, sellers and availability differ by marketplace. Send the link from each store you want to watch.

Flipkart

What the bot can track on Flipkart.

Yes. Send a Flipkart product link to the bot and it tracks the price, sends price-drop and target-price alerts, and sends back-in-stock alerts for that listing.

No. Coupon detection is currently available for Amazon products only. Bank and card offers on Flipkart apply at checkout and are not part of the tracked price.

Price tracking

Adding, listing and removing products.

Copy the product link from a supported Amazon marketplace or from Flipkart, open DealTrackerProBot on Telegram and paste the link into the chat. The bot confirms the product and starts tracking it.

Tracked products are checked automatically in the background, so you do not need to refresh anything. We do not publish an exact check interval, and an alert can only be sent after a check notices the change.

Free users can have up to 10 active products at once. Premium gives you unlimited active products.

Send /list to see your products and their numbers, then send /remove followed by the number, for example /remove 2. Removing a product cannot be undone; send the link again if you want to track it later.

Prices can vary by seller, product variation, location and logged-in offers, and they can change between the bot's check and your visit. Always confirm the price and seller on the store before you buy.

Price drops

How price-drop alerts behave.

After you add a product, the bot records its price and checks it again automatically. When the price falls, it sends you a Telegram message with the new price. If you set a target price, you are alerted when the price reaches that target instead.

Not necessarily. A price can rise and fall again between two checks, and a listing can briefly show a different price to different shoppers. Alerts are a convenience, not a guarantee of catching every change.

Target prices

Setting and clearing a price you want to pay.

Send /list to find the product's number, then send /target followed by the number and your price, for example /target 2 1999. You are then alerted when the price reaches or drops below that number.

Send /target followed by the product number and the word off, for example /target 2 off. The product then goes back to alerting you on any price drop.

The currency of the store the product is listed on, for example rupees for Amazon India and Flipkart or dollars for Amazon US.

Coupons

What coupon alerts do and do not cover.

Yes, for Amazon products. When a coupon is detected on a product you track, the bot tells you. Not every product has a coupon, and coupons can expire, so check the product page before you buy.

No. It reports coupons it detects on the products you track. It is not a coupon search engine and does not look up codes for other products.

Stock

Out-of-stock and back-in-stock alerts.

Yes. If a tracked product becomes unavailable and later becomes available again, the bot sends a back-in-stock alert. Availability handling can vary by marketplace and product, and the bot cannot guarantee that an item will return.

Not always. Popular items can sell out again quickly, so open the alert as soon as you can if you want to buy.

Price history

What the recorded history means.

The prices the bot has recorded for a product since you started tracking it. Send /price_history followed by the product number from /list to see it. It is not the store's full historical price.

It helps, but only for the period the bot has been tracking. A short history says little about the long-term low. Our guide on reading price history explains how to use it sensibly.

Telegram

Using the bot inside Telegram.

Among others: /start, /help, /list, /product, /target, /price_history, /remove, /stats, /feedbacks and /updates. The Telegram Commands page explains each one with examples.

In your chat with the bot, as normal Telegram messages. You can mute or unmute that chat in Telegram's own notification settings.

Premium

What the paid membership changes.

Premium is the paid membership of DealTrackerProBot. It currently gives you unlimited active product tracking instead of the 10-product limit available to free users.

Only the active-product limit today: Free allows up to 10 active products and Premium is unlimited. Price-drop alerts, target prices, coupon detection, stock alerts and price history work the same on both.

Monthly is ⭐ 49 Stars, Quarterly is ⭐ 119 Stars, and Yearly is ⭐ 399 Stars.

Your Premium membership automatically becomes inactive when its expiry time passes. No manual cancellation is required.

More Premium features are in development. We are not announcing specific future features or release dates yet.

Payments

How Premium is paid for.

Telegram Stars are Telegram's built-in digital payment system. DealTrackerProBot uses Stars for Premium purchases.

Open /premium in DealTrackerProBot, choose a plan, and complete the payment using Telegram Stars. The payment happens directly inside Telegram.

Premium activates after Telegram confirms your successful Stars payment. Selecting a plan, opening an invoice, or approving the payment request does not by itself activate Premium.

No. The website does not take payments. Premium plans (Monthly ⭐ 49 Stars, Quarterly ⭐ 119 Stars, Yearly ⭐ 399 Stars) are bought inside Telegram with Telegram Stars.

Support

Getting help and supporting the project.

Message the Feedback Bot on Telegram (@DealTrackerFeedbackBot) or send /feedbacks inside the main bot. Include the product link and what you expected to happen. The Contact page lists every channel.

No. Support is a separate, voluntary donation that you can make with the /support command in the bot. It does not grant Premium membership.

Never share your Telegram login codes, passwords or two-step verification details with anyone. Support never needs them.
