Privacy Policy

When you use DealTrackerProBot on Telegram, you provide the product links you want tracked (Amazon or Flipkart URLs) and, optionally, a target price for each product. We store this information so the bot can continue checking the product on your behalf.

Telegram provides us with a limited set of account details when you start a chat with the bot: your Telegram user ID, and if made available by your Telegram privacy settings, your username and first name. We use this solely to identify your chat so alerts are delivered to the right place. We do not receive your phone number, Telegram password, or access to your other chats and contacts.

If you buy Premium, DealTrackerProBot keeps a record of your Premium membership (its plan and expiry) and that Telegram confirmed your payment, so Premium can be activated, extended and expired correctly. The payment itself is completed inside Telegram using Telegram Stars. This website has no checkout and does not collect payment details.

Your browser sends standard technical information to our servers and to our hosting provider whenever you load a page (for example your IP address, browser type and the page requested). If analytics is allowed — see "Cookies, Storage & Analytics" below — Google Analytics (and, where enabled, Microsoft Clarity) additionally collects usage data such as pages viewed, referring page, device and browser type, and approximate location (city/country level). Where consent is required, none of this analytics collection starts until you allow it.

Where a choice is requested, you can Accept All, Reject All, or Manage Preferences — rejecting is as easy as accepting, and the website is fully usable either way. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the "Privacy Preferences" link in the footer of every page, or the button above. Turning analytics off stops further analytics collection from that point and removes the analytics cookies set by this website's analytics scripts. Your choice is saved only in your own browser (local storage); it is not linked to an account, and your IP address is not stored with it. We ask again if our consent policy materially changes, and about once a year.

To decide whether to ask before using analytics, the website uses only the country information that our hosting platform attaches to each web request, when available. We do not ask for your precise location, do not use browser geolocation for this, and do not store your IP address or country in your consent record; only a broad region category is kept. If the region cannot be determined, we apply the consent-first approach.

• European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland: analytics is off, and its scripts are not loaded, until you choose to allow it.
• Canada, India and all other regions except the United States: the same consent-first approach is used as a precaution, because requirements differ and we do not try to determine them precisely.
• United States: analytics may run by default, with Google signals and ad personalization turned off, unless your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. You can switch analytics off at any time in Privacy Preferences.

These are technical settings, not a statement that the law of any region requires exactly this behaviour. Your rights depend on where you live — see "Your Rights & Choices" below.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track signal and you have not yet made a choice on this website, then in regions where analytics could otherwise run by default, we leave analytics off until you turn it on yourself. In consent-first regions nothing optional runs without your choice anyway. A choice you make explicitly on this website takes precedence over the browser signal. These signals are read in your browser only; they are not stored or sent to us. We do not claim that honouring them in this way satisfies every legal requirement.

The third-party services above may also read or set data on their own domains when their scripts run. Vendor cookie names and lifetimes are set by the vendors and may change; the table lists their documented defaults.

We use Google Analytics 4 (via the Google tag) to measure website traffic and visitor behavior in aggregate, such as pages viewed, referring sources, and approximate location. The Google tag is loaded only after analytics is allowed (or, in the United States, unless you have switched it off or your browser signals otherwise). We use Google Consent Mode to tell Google whether analytics storage is permitted; advertising-related signals (ad storage, ad user data, ad personalization) are always set to denied, and Google signals and ad personalization are turned off for our measurement. Data is processed by Google under its own privacy policy and is kept for the retention period configured in our Google Analytics property. We do not intentionally send personal information such as your Telegram account details or tracked products to Google Analytics.

Where enabled, Google Tag Manager is loaded only after analytics is allowed, with advertising-related consent signals denied. It does not on its own collect personal information beyond what the tags it manages already collect.

Where enabled, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with the website, including anonymized session recordings and heatmaps. Clarity is loaded only after analytics is allowed, and is told that advertising storage is denied. It masks sensitive input fields by default and has no access to your Telegram account or tracked products.

This website does not currently run advertising scripts, advertising cookies, remarketing or ad measurement, so there is no advertising category in the preferences. We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising. If that changes, we will ask for your permission where required and update this policy first.

All bot interactions happen inside Telegram, a third-party messaging platform operated by Telegram FZ-LLC. Telegram's own privacy policy governs how your Telegram account and messages are handled on their platform.

When you send an Amazon product link, DealTrackerProBot reads publicly available product information (price, availability, coupons) to monitor it. We do not access your Amazon account, order history, or payment details, and purchases are never made through DealTrackerProBot — you complete any purchase directly on Amazon.

The same applies to Flipkart: we monitor publicly available product listings you choose to track. We do not access your Flipkart account, and all purchases happen directly on Flipkart, outside of DealTrackerProBot.

Some links in bot alerts may carry an affiliate tag (see our Affiliate Disclosure). Once you follow a link to Amazon or Flipkart, their cookies and privacy practices apply, not ours.

The home page shows a small live service-status badge provided by StatusRay (statusray.com), loaded in a frame. As with any embedded content, loading it sends your IP address and browser details to StatusRay, which handles them under its own privacy policy. It is not controlled by the analytics preferences above because it is not an analytics tool; we do not use it to track you.
