These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DealTrackerProBot, including the Telegram bot and the dealtrackerprobot.com website (together, the "Service"). By opening the bot or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By starting a chat with DealTrackerProBot, sending it a product link, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service, and you must comply with Telegram's own terms of service and minimum age requirements. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Service Description
DealTrackerProBot is an automated Telegram bot that monitors product listings you submit and sends notifications for price drops, available coupons, and back-in-stock status. The Service is provided for personal, informational use to help you decide when and whether to make a purchase directly with the retailer.
Supported Retailers
The Service currently supports product tracking for Amazon and Flipkart listings. Support for additional retailers may be added in the future, and existing support may change as those platforms update their websites.
No Guarantee of Prices, Availability, or Coupons
DealTrackerProBot relies on publicly available data from third-party retailer websites, which can change without notice and without our control. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any price, availability status, or coupon information provided by the Service.
Price Availability
Prices shown by the Service reflect what was observed at the time of the last check. Retailers may change prices at any time, including between an alert being sent and you visiting the product page, and prices can vary by region, account, or promotion.
Coupon Availability
Coupons and discount codes detected by the Service are subject to the issuing retailer's own terms, stock limits, and expiry windows, and may be withdrawn or become invalid before or after you receive an alert. We are not responsible for a coupon becoming unavailable or being rejected at checkout.
Affiliate Links
Some links shared by the Service may include affiliate tracking parameters. This does not change the price you pay. See our Affiliate Disclosure for full details.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the product links you submit, for verifying prices, coupons, and availability directly with the retailer before purchasing, and for any purchase decisions you make. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the bot or its infrastructure
- Use automated scripts or bots to interact with DealTrackerProBot at abusive volume
- Submit links to illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited products
- Use the Service to violate Amazon's, Flipkart's, or Telegram's own terms of service
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person or entity
Intellectual Property
The DealTrackerProBot name, logo, website content, and underlying software are the property of DealTrackerProBot and its operators. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without prior written permission, except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
Third-Party Services
The Service depends on Telegram, Amazon, and Flipkart, each of which is operated independently of DealTrackerProBot. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or content on those third-party platforms. Amazon and Flipkart are trademarks of their respective owners, and DealTrackerProBot is an independent service that is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc., Flipkart Internet Private Limited, or Telegram FZ-LLC.
Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control, including outages of Telegram, Amazon, or Flipkart.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that alerts will always be timely, accurate, or delivered without delay.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DealTrackerProBot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profit, savings, or missed deals, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including reliance on any price, coupon, or availability information provided.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by blocking or stopping the bot on Telegram. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms or misuses the Service, with or without prior notice.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be handled in accordance with that governing law.
